Seasonal Marina Agreements & Renewals
Keep a register of every agreement, with its dates, status and the spaces it covers. Expiry tracking and a renewal queue show which seasonal agreements need attention before they lapse. Signed documents are linked to the customer's profile so they are always at hand.
What it does
- Registers agreements with type, dates, status and rent.
- Tracks expiry dates and keeps a renewal queue.
- Sets entitlements by pool or class, with an at-once limit.
- Lists approved vessels for each agreement.
- Records dated agreed prices.
- Reviews each agreement against what is on the dock.
- Bulk renewal: review every renewal first, adjust any price, send customers their new dates and rates, and undo the run if you need to.
- Links signed documents to the customer's profile.
What it deliberately doesn't do
- No legal advice.
- No percentage of your rent.
Questions
Do I have to change my payment processor?
Payments are optional and off by default. If you turn them on, they run on your own Stripe account. We never store card or bank numbers.
Can I import my current agreements?
Yes: CSV or XLSX, with a preview and an exceptions list.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, full export anytime and on cancellation.
