Optional payments through Stripe
Payments are optional and off by default. If you turn them on, they run on your own Stripe account. We never store card or bank numbers. Stripe fees are shown on each payment. Payments go live with your onboarding.
What it does
- Sends customers to a hosted Stripe Checkout page to pay.
- Adds a payment link to each invoice.
- Keeps a payment ledger for each account.
- Handles refunds and disputes through Stripe, recorded in the ledger.
- Shows the Stripe fee on each payment.
- Flags failed payments so staff can follow up.
- SlipSlate adds no application fee on top of Stripe's fees.
