What it does
- Shows the renewal queue for each season, so you can see which agreements are due.
- Lets you review every renewal before it is created.
- Lets you adjust any agreement's price during the run.
- Emails customers their new dates and rates.
- Undoes the whole run if you need to.
What it deliberately doesn't do
- No legal advice on the terms of a renewal.
Questions
How do customers pay their renewal?
Payments are optional and off by default. If you turn them on, they run on your own Stripe account. We never store card or bank numbers.
Can I undo a renewal run?
Yes. You can undo the whole run.
