Dock Walk in your own chat
Walk the docks and speak or photograph a meter reading in the chat app you already use. Each reading is read back to you before it is saved, and problems you find land in SlipSlate.
What it does
- Takes you along your dock route, slip by slip.
- Records a spoken or photographed meter reading, read back to you before it is saved.
- Checks that the vessel at a slip is the one assigned to it.
- Sends problems you find to the exceptions queue in SlipSlate.
- Ends with a walk summary of readings and problems.
- How it stays safe: You confirm every reading before it is saved. SlipSlate's own checks run on every entry. Flagged readings are never saved as accepted. Every change shows who made it and how.
